Prior to shipping, the fish are not fed for 24 hours. This clears their digestive tract and reduces secretions in their shipping water. All fish are triple bagged with pure oxygen.  Bag Buddies are also used, which calms the fish and helps prevent ammonia buildup.  Fish are then packed in Styrofoam shipping containers with heat packs in colder months.

Preferred shipping method is airport to airport via Southwest Airlines NFG, Northwest or Delta Dash.  This is the best and is easiest on the fish.  They are shipped to your closest airport the same day.  Cost is $95.00 (Price increase 4/2008) for 1 box.
 
Also Federal Express Priority Overnight (arrival by 10:30 a.m. most places).  You will need to request a quote including your zip code.  Fedex does not ship to PO Boxes.

Minimum order for shipping is $150.

You may also pickup fish in Galena Ohio 
by appointment only.
