Live Delivery is guaranteed. 

If by chance you received a DOA (dead fish on arrival) you must notify me within 2 hrs of shipment.  You will need to email photos of fish and I may ask you to pack fish in salt and return.

Fish will be replaced or a credit issued (excluding any shipping charges).

For overnight deliveries, it is not uncommon for some fish to lay on the bottom.  This is due to depletion of oxygen.  Fish are generally better by the next day.  

Returns

Sorry, no returns are accepted for live stock.  The photos listed are of actual fish.  What you see is what you get.  If you have any questions about fish you are purchasing.  Please contact me to discuss.
